Having trouble finding Multivalue Database talent, especially multivalue programmers?

Greetings! My name is Bill Montgomery. I am a MultiValue programmer/analyst/consultant currently residing in the Chicago area (My resume). I've been programming in Pick/MultiValue applications since 1984.

If you're having difficulty finding Multivalue Database talent, you basically have 3 options:
  1. Find a consultant who can make your system as turn-key as possible, by automating or simplifying common processes.
  2. Train your own, from your company's Power-users.
  3. Migrate to a more popular database that has much, much more talent and support available.
I have helped companies with all 3 of these options, and I can help yours.
As a matter of fact, I have recently helped a customer migrate from a Multivalued Database (Universe on Windows) to a cloud-based relational database (Microsoft Dynamics 365). I have learned some very valuable lessons in doing so, (The case study) and I believe I can help any other company that is thinking of doing something similar.

If your company uses a MultiValued database and is having trouble finding talent, you may want to consider moving to a more main-stream database system too. Please review my qualifications and let me know if I can be of service to you.

Thank you for your consideration.
